Prices

All prices in the Wild Room store are stated in GBP. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs. The Wild Room store reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the product, during the time of placing an order, will be valid throughout purchase.

Payment

Wild Room works with Paypal and Stripe for online orders, accepting payment via Paypal, debit and credit card. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Returns and packaging

I take the utmost care in packaging your order securely in stay-flat mailers or robust tubes so that it reaches you safe and sound. If your package didn’t arrive safe, sound, and in perfect condition, contact vjsimone@gmail.com and please let me know what kind of damage your items incurred and quickly snap a picture of it. Pictures of the packaging would be incredibly helpful and I can make sure this does not happen in the future. But please don't worry, this does not reflect the high standards that I set for myself and I will definitely try to put a smile back on your face! If the product is not what you expected and you would like to return for a refund/exchange, please do so within 14 days of purchase, ensuring you send it back in perfect condition exactly as you received it, and I'll either exchange or refund you in full (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of your request.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be added to your order. Wild Room will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages. Collection can be arranged within Glasgow, Scotland, please email vjsimone@gmail.com to pre-arrange this. I aim to ship within 3 days of purchase unless it is a custom item. If there is a delay for any reason I will let you know. Also if you need something quickly please let me know that.

I ship items track and signed by royal mail, and I will send you a tracking number once I've dispatched it out to you. You will provide a signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches you personally and securely.

Customs in your respective country may charge an additional fee to release your package. Buyer must assume all charges by customs.

United Kingdom: £7.50. Europe: £11.00. Rest of the World: £15.00.

*Max 3 prints per order* - I want your prints to arrive in perfect condition therefore I do not ship more than 3 prints in one postal tube.

Disclaimer

It is Wild Room's aim for the website to be always up and running, however I cannot guarantee this. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by email shortly after placing your order. I will try and update stock levels as regularly as I can. The colours of the product shown on the screen in the Wild Room shop can differ from their actual colours. Wild Room cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

The Personal information you forward to the Wild Room store will only be used in order to process your order to my best level of service, and to keep you informed of updates in my shop, other notable news, and discount codes. I promise not to jam up your inbox and only email you every now and then. Your privacy is important to me and I will only use your email address internally. I will not share your email address with anyone else at all. If you would like to unsubscribe from the mailing list, don't hesitate to contact me. I will remove your name and email address as soon as possible.
